Charging question

I have a 2005 Lund w/ a 150 HPDI & a 8hp 4 stroke. I would like to run both motors at the same time when I lanch to warm them up. This will save me a little time when I get to the fishing grounds. <br />Would doing this damage the motors charging system or the batteries?

install a battery isolator with 2 alt inpots and one or two batt outputs and they will be isolated. but I see no reason to warm the kicker up it will be cold again in ten or 15 min. it only takes 5 or so to warm up.
