I have a 12/24 volt motor guide trolling motor(older version believe 75 pound). There are two 12 volt batteries hooked in series. My question is can I get a 3 bank trickle charger and leave it hooked up to include the motor battery all the time without disconnecting even when in use on the lake and how are the terminals hooked up on the batteries

You want a 3-bank "smart" charger with about 5 amps minimum per output. Trickle chargers are just that. They trickle at about 1-1/2 amps or less so it would take a considerable amount of time to fully charge deeply discharged trolling motor batteries. Smart chargers can remain connected indefinitely and won't damage or overcharge the batteries ---- because it is "smart".
