Hi all, just wondering how i would go about checking the timing on my 15 hp 152h9e chrysler, I had to change the coils and some other bits, and wasn't sure how to set the timing or is it fixed?

also am i right in thinking the flywheel toraue is 50 ftlbs? Im going to order a manual but that will take ages to turn up, appreciate the help,
