Chicago River Speed Limit?

Whats the speed limit on the Chicago river for boats? or is it a no wake zone for the whole river?

Can't say for sure but if there are any boats or barges docked, it's no wake.. Last year I was in the Cal Sag and what I (and other boaters) thought was a no limit area turned out to be a no wake area (chicago's finest) and we got fined $100 (be careful)

Slow no wake sounds appropriate for everything I saw from land. Looks fun.
