I have a 2000 Evinrude 70 4-Stroke, the check engine light and buzzer are coming on after a few minutes, but there is no fault code and it's not going into S.L.O.W. - It runs perfect with the light on. I checked the manual and from what I can figure it suggests low battery voltage, but that's not the problem. Any ideas?
