choke wiring on Force 120

the choke on my boat needs grounded the starter relay needs grounded all the wires <black leads> for ground and another from something coming from other side of motor all end in a washer type end this grounds to the block Im sure the boat topped out at 20 m.p.h. otta went 30m.p.h. also tach quit working

well I rearranged the fuel lines had a leak one short 1 was connected wrong and leaking grounded the relay and the choke tach still not working motor revs better and higher idles like it should at first start idles down when warm trottles up like a charm get it on the water tomorrow see if power is all there Tach help?
