Chris-Craft Challenger from 1950's

I Need to know what type of FUEL MIXTURE RATIO,and TYPE of OIL to use, 2cycle or 4 cycle????? Ran across this at a garage sale and the gentleman inherited it and never used from his father in law..... Looked like it was in GREAT condition and dont want to burn it up......... Need some help!

There might be something to help you. I can only guess that you'd need two cycle oil rated TCW-3 with a 100:1 mix ratio. However - that is just a GUESS. :redface: Anyhow running it with that ratio will do it no harm, but for such a pristine motor I'd be tempted to make sure.
Just out of curiosity let us know what you find out.
