I recently purchased a new project boat, Its a 16' bowrider. The hull and transom are in great solid shape. I have two questions, The first is what kind of boat is this? The title have the manufacturer as chris craft but I cant find any info on it. The Id number is fbx270048 I would love to know the make model and year befor I get started, The Title says 1970. The second question is I need to replace the floor, It had a old carpet on it that held moisture, I tore the fiberglass up and seems to be dry and solid a little moisture and the foam a little wet but not waterloged, Is it ok to cover and fiberglass over? Pics attached any help would be big help on where to start.-

Well after doing so digging realized the foam and stringers were rotten, hoping the transom is still good looks solid from the back, gunna grind down today to see what i can find. Its my first grinding project. Do i need to brace the hull now that the top is off? Do i need to grind off all the old glass or just where im laying new glass and stringers?
