I'm trying to remove the trim and tilt from my motor so I can swap the kingpin/swivel bracket off a parts motor. Any tips on getting the bolt out that holds it all together? I've read it can be tough if the boat has seen salt, mine has of course. I attached a pic of what I'm trying to remove.

Heat, LOTS of heat.
A BFH could help.(bigfrigginhammer)
Look on e-bay or Craigslist for replacements from states that don't border any salty water.

My motors need the T/T worked on, have for years.
But until I can get 2 complete sets from a land locked state I don't wanna even think about it!!!!

Heated it up a bit, prybar and the bfh got one side of the transom clamp bracket almost off. Gotta remove the hydraulic lines before I do anything with the other side. Letting the pb blaster do it's job now.
