Chrysler 3.6hp Impeller

Can anybody advise how to change the impeller on a Chrysler 3.6hp outboard (32HC model)?

How much water should it expel through the holes? Feels hot / moist on finger when held close, but not obviously visible. Can hear water evaporating / hissing in engine block after a good run, when shutdown.
