Chrysler 4 HP

I just picked up a 4 HP chrysler outboard at a garage sale. It has the tank on top of the engine. Does anyone know what the mixture is for this engine.
I don't know the year - the serial number is 42B8C (1440).

Cant find that number but 42 HB, H8, H0, H1 are the numbers for a 4hp from 1977-81. Have you misread it?
