This is in a 1983 Chrysler 7.5hp, model 72H3F serial 1584.
I set the idle adjustment just like it says in the manual, and it idles beautifully, in and out of gear. Now this year I have used it a couple times and as I am puttering across the lake, I crank up the throttle and it bogs down and dies. If I creep the throttle up a little at a time, it will eventually start sputtering and die I can idle around all day long just fine.
I have cleaned and rebuilt the carbs last fall with new gaskets and needle and seat. I have also meticulously set the float to the specs in the manual I have. I also replace the fuel pump gaskets when I rebult the carb.
I know I have seen this problem before on the forum, but searching for "dies at wot" didnt get me anything useful.
