Ok guys, question for ya...

I have a 75HP Chrysler that i need to replace some gaskets in one of the carbs(will probably just do all three since ill be in there anyway). Im not sure of the year or the exact model but i did find this on the tag....

Model: 7571

Serial: 2098

Can anyone give me any insight to the year?? Also, iboats has two separate Sierra carb kits...18-7033 and 18-7037. Which one is the proper one since there are 4 separate groups of models for the 75HP model and since i dont see my model number anywhere in the description?

Honestly, the only part i really need is the float needle gasket...the rest of the gaskets look nearly new but that tiny little rubber piece is torn to shreds.

Try Fairwinds Marina in Annapolis, MD. They specialize in Chrysler O/B parts. They maybe able to tell you the correct part #. I used to have a 75HP Chrysler. Model 756H4L S/N 1061. It was a 1984 Model. I had to buy a rebuild kit from them and they new exactly which one was needed.

Re: Chrysler 75HP carb rebuild kit

After looking over the literature I believe Model # 7571 is a 1969. I found a gasket kit #GS-188 original part #. Current part # from Mercury is FK 10000 which is still a good #. If you can still use the info. here it is. Hope this helps you out. bayouboatdoctor@aol.com
