Are the Chrysler 9.9's any good. I found one for sale pretty cheap and was wondering if it's cheap for a reason. The guy doesn't know the year, no photo, all i can get is it has a 50:1 mix ratio thus far.
Piece of junk---Crap---tell that guy I'll take it off his hands---but only if he's real polite. LOL
Cheap and a good starter engine. not much can go wrong.--points and plugs are about it. I have a 12.9 that was sitting in weeds with the hood off for at least 5 years that I know of. Had to cut it out of them. Cleaned and reset the points, cleaned plugs and adjusted linkage and it fired up the first pull. Nuff said?
