if no spark in all plugs replace both cgi packs. Or you can chance pulling off the flywheel and inspecting the trigger and stator magnets. If broken or burnt replace them.

don't replace anything yet - check out outboardigntion.com - find your year of stator and power pack and look at the PDF troubleshooting documents on the site. get a 20 buck multi-meter and check the wires per the site.

Need to know if it's a Chrysler or Force?
Chrysler used a different starting system in the older years.

Is the magnet under the flywheel turning with the flywheel?

Fix the kill switch and see if the spark returns??

If not, then outboard ignition dot com has test procedures for your motor.

Any other details will help.

Shoot us a pic of the motor and the ignition system. It's probably a Prestolie with no distributor. I just finished troubleshooting a 135 with the same system and there is a lot you can do without throwing expensive parts at it. The wire which grounds the CDI units out for shutoff is a white wire. Just make sure if you start it up that you have some fully insulated pliers to ground the wire out again.

If things are working you will have 200+ volts there when running.
