Looks like a heavy calcium build up on the underside. Any tips other than the regular hull cleaner ??? That stuff is shifting nothing. Tried some toilet bowl cleaner as well with minimal results.

CLR? Add a magic eraser to the toilet bowl cleaner. I've done acid one time when I first bought the boat. Wouldn't recommend it unless it was absolutely the last resort.
Try Mixing the Toilet Bowl Cleaner 1-1 with Hydrogen Peroxide. My boat is kept in the water from May - Oct. This method works great. I found it online through this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJqngtSnNW0
