Pledge works really good.
It sounds strange, but try it.
Clean them with soap and water first.
Michael

Meguiar's make some very good plastic cleaners and polishes. I use a product called "Klear-To-Sea". It meets a bunch of military specs for aircraft plexiglass and works great.

If your windows have gone cloudy, however...don't waste your time or your money. They're done. Get them replaced at a canvas shop, it's not terribly expensive.

Mike P

Curious if anyone has tried Armor All or similar?

I tried that armour all...made the plastic soo soft they HAD to be replaced...seems like they wanted to "run" down and sag after that.

Our canvas guy also recommends "Pledge" but he says NOT to use the lemon kind because the citrus acid in it actually removes oils from the plastic and shortens the life!

I saw some tips about cleaning the plastic windows on a Miata convertable when a girlfriend had one years ago. Don't remember where, but do remember they had some solutions people said worked fairly well. Might be worth doing a google search on "Miata plastic windows cleaning".

Re: Cleaning Camper Canvas Plastic Windows

Found the info on the Miata, would think it should work similarly on RV plastic.

Keeping Your Miata Plastic Rear Window New - Left unattended, a plastic Miata rear window will become yellow, then cloudy brown, and finally will crack. Don't let this happen to you. Purchase a bottle of Meguiar's #10 or Novus #2 plastic polish, and a bottle of Meguiar's #17 or Novus #1 plastic cleaner. Apply the polish liberally to the rear window with a cotton ball. Rub it out. Then clean the window with cotton and the cleaner. Finally, polish with a clean terry towel. This process will remove scratches, and will restore plasticizers necessary to keep your window flexible and clear. A plastic rear window should remain clear and soft even after ten years if properly cared for.
