what is the best way to clean the filter on the boat <br />oil tank. I just bought the boat with twin 1989 130 hp yamahas. I want to start of with all tanks, oil and fuel clean. <br />thanks

hello<br />best way to clean the filter is to replace it.<br />the remote tanks have a small inline filter. the engine tank uses a screen. if you play with the engine tank then take care to orient the screen correctly on the sensor body or the tank will over flow and make sure to retrive the old filter seal and replace it with a new one.<br /> good luck and keep posting
