I have a 1985 Bayliner with a 125 Force motor. Engine has been frequently surging and I have been noticing fuel filter constantly getting filled up with orange like substance. After removing fuel float aparatus that goes to fuel gauge, I can see quite a bit of this in the tank itself. The tank is stainless steel and cannot be removed. It seems the manufacturer placed the fuel tank in while making the boat. Can an anyone suggest how to cleen out all this crud in the tank. The largest hole I can access the tank is aprox 2" in circumfrance. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank You.
