I was trying to remove salmon egg and bird crap stains from the vinyl on our boat, nothing worked. I was at TAP plastics and found a product called Island Girl Sea Glow. The people in the store said it worked good so I got a bottle. It worked wonders on the seats and cushins in the boat. It's a little pricey but worth every penny.
