Clinton 9hp lower unit

I have a Clinton K900,the drive shaft will not move. Does anyone know what might be wrong? So without a manual I need as much info as I can get. Does anyone know how to take it apart or at least something that I might do to get shaft to move? Also how do I drop the lower unit as it only moves about 2 inches when I unbolt it. Any help? Thanks

If there is a shift or clutch you probably need to unhook it so the Lower unit can come off.<br /> Otherwise all I can think of is the drive shaft<br />or watertube for exhaust leg cooling sticking somewhere.<br /> Check with bobber at:<br /> bobber1@cox.net former dealer he may be able to help.
