Hello I am new on board. Just purchased the above outboard, replace spark plug, hoses, and cleaned carb. The OB seems to be in good shape and it starts right up. I have a slight oil drip and was wondering if anyone know what the issue may be? Also my throttle kills the engine when I adjust it to the lowest setting. Does anyone know where I can get a manual?
