Clinton/Sea King ID

Trying to identify a year/hp for what is believed to be a Sea King by Clinton motor. The Clinton identification plaque reads:

Model No. 17001106b
Serial No. 366576
Type 6027007r

Any help would be appreciated.

I think that model may begin with J700. 70-71 Model number in my after market manual is 27007.
Seakings with J700 appear in 70-71.are 7 hp at 6,000 rpm.

Thanks for the info. Upon microscopic inspection of the placque it is a J instead of a 1. The engine runs fine off a mix of gas in a spray bottle into the carb, however as many others are dealing with , we are thinking of a way to get a gas line connection. Looked into the chrysler connections and they just dont connect. Out goal is to use it as a small backup/trolling motor.
