closed bow

I'm considering converting my closed bow to an open bow with some extra seating. Already have the walk thru windsheild like that style would have but you have to climb out and sit on top of the bow and the marine polise dont like seeing you cruising with people out there! Is this a possible customization or am I dreaming?

I'm sure it can be done, but there would be structual issues to address when you remove the closed bow. Post up some pictures and your ideas and lets see what comes up.
