Hello - we have a ~1 year old Kenmore dryer. Like a lot of dryers, it buzzes at the end of the cycle and has no knob to adjust the volume or to turn it off. I'd like to disable the buzzer at the end of the cycle but thought I'd check first with the experts to make sure that if I disconnect the wire that goes to the buzzer, I won't mess anything else up.

Thanks!

I disconnected mine when I bought it. Just open up the area it is located, unhook it, tape the connector on the wire to prevent a short, and you are all set.
