i have a 1969 johnson 9.5 i want to know whats a good price on a clutch dog for this engine and is it worth repairing.

Without a serial model number, my guess is it is still available, 329795 - $81.56 full list. I've got them in stock if you can't find them local.

What is the condition of the rest of the engine? It is doubtful you can find a decent 9 1/2 for anywhere close to the $50-$70 bucks it would cost to replace the dog if thats all thats wrong. You will want to buy a manual for your engine if you don't already have one. It will easily pay for itself over time.
