CMC PT-130 on 89 Force 125

Hello everyone,
I need to know if anyone has installed one of these before. I am thinking that I will need to drill new holes in the transom but don't know how to line it up on the transom lip. All help would be greatly appreciated.

I installed a Panther trim/tilt with no drilling, all the mounting holes lined up,now that was on a glastron with a 55 evinrude though. I did have to oval out the hole that the steering cables went through because they would bind up when the motor was tilted up out of the water.
