CMC tilt and trim

My CMC stop raising the motor. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting? I don’t hear a click or any noise when I push the up/down switch?

I think CMC is a jack plate of some kind and it's not working. If correct please advise

Get a voltmeter and start checking from the Battery to the switches, might be a bad connection or blown fuse or breaker
