I am new to wakebord towers on boats. I was going about 30mph on a very windy day and the tower started wobbling back and forth so hard I thought it might come off the boat (the bimini was also up acting like a sail) is the solution just tighten the bolts? Or is there another problem? The boat is a used 240 (2003)
