Cobra outdrive. Cable Adjustment.

Hi,<br />Can some one tell me how to adjust the cables and cutout switch on my 3.0 Litter OMC Cobra. I have to push the trottle about 2 inches frontwords before it revs any.<br />Thanks,<br />Ben
