Cobra Outdrive won't lift or lower

Hey folks. New boat owner and new to iBoats forum. I recently purchased an 87 Sunchaser 19' Deckboat with 5.0L V8 and cobra outdrive. Got the engine running (using ear muffs) and everything seems to work good. Prop turns in FWD and REV. Position sensor had two broken wires so gauge showed OD hard up when down but thats not a big issue. When I press the UP or Down buttom to raise the OD, nothing happens. No clicks, whines, hums. Nothing. There is a 50amp fuse near the carb that looks okay but beyond that, I'm lost.

Anyone help point me in the right direction? Not really interested in paying the local marina a gazillion dollars to tell me I've got a bad flux capacitor or something.

Ayuh,.... Grab a Testlight or DVMeter,+ follow the Power....
12 volts from the battery through to the trim pump....
It takes a Testlight or Meter to Know if a Good Looking Fuse is Good, or Not...
