Cockpit Seating Stains Removal Help

Last time I was at boat we returned from some heavy seas causing a map I keep at the helm to get wet. It is one of the maps that are supposed to be waterproof....
So when covering boat I unfolded it and placed over the drivers seat back to dry out.
When returning to boat 4 days later I noticed some of the blue from map had bled onto the seat back. I tried my usual Spray Nine, Reliable, and other marine cleaners; wouldn't touch it. Then tried Oxy Clean spray, a Clorox wipe, and finally (although very reluctant) a magic eraser and nothing seems to be helping lift this out of the cushion.
Any ideas out there of a solution that will help me in this dilemma?

WOW, reading what you've already tried and failed, it is a tough stain indeed. You could try, in a small inconspicuous place first, some lacquer thinner carefully to see if that works, or even Acetone. But both can eat the vinyl easily so you have to test it out before using it on the stain wilily... Just be real careful and see. you could also try some finger nail polish remover first in a place out of the way and see what that does. It too is lacquer based so be careful... JMHO!

All is good!
Last weekend went down to the boat, unsnapped the cockpit cover and stains were gone!
Mother Nature and that big fire in the sky worked their wonders.
