I know to set on 200ohms to check the primary, I got a zero reading which means the primary is good but testing the secondary I'm confused about.
Ive spent all day and night searching the net and youtube for what setting on my multimeter to use to test the secondary. Some say set on 2k and I found a couple that say 20k. the 20k setting is the only setting I get a reading, the 2k I get nothing it reads 1. I attached a photo the 20k setting and reading. I assume it means my secondary has 645ohms, is that right?

Tried both add and attachment a photo for 1/2 hour and always got an error message. Is there a size limit to a photo. I even tried to add to my photo album and still would not load.

My 1975 manual says "Rx100 Ground or pigtail if not mounted 9-12 ohms." Coil Nr. 339-5288A1 - A2, 339-5748A2. That looks like 6.45 ohms to me.

The scale is on the thousands scale with a max reading of 20,000 ohms (or 20k).

So the reading is 6.45 x 1000 = 6,450 ohms.

Most coil secondaries are 3,000 - 8,000 ohms so this coil (secondary) is OK.
