coils and rectifiers

I have a 1975 Evinrude 70hp motor. I did the spark test and it jumped the 7/16 gap real good on 1. The second jumped but not a real bright blue spark like #1. The third it only jumped when the motor started up So I'm thinking I have to change the 2 coils correct? The rectifier has the red wire bare and needs changing also. Will any rectifier work from another evinrude? Also is there a discount place for ordering parts that anyone knows?

Well not "any" rectifier. But most.
