Cold snap- will Motor be OK for a few days?

We are getting ready to have a couple of nights down into the high 20's/low 30's. I have not winterized yet, as I am still working on getting the boat in the water and running it on fair weather weekends.

Should I worry about these temps before the weekend comes, or should I be OK without fully winterizing?

Tilt your outboard up and then down...let the water drain naturally if it's been in the water recently. Then check the lower unit...no water evident? no worries. Disconnect the fuel tank and store it inside if you can. Pull the plugs and spray some lube in there. Cover it at night if you can. These will help you weather the cold snaps, but best idea is to keep it inside or covered.
