Combination navigation lights

My bow light isn't 'lighting up.' 1985 20 foot rinker cuddy....worked last season so I assume it's the bulb. I can't figure out how to get to the bulb....held down with two screws so I removed those only to pull the entire assembly off the deck....how do I get to the bulb? Or do I just have to buy a whole new assembly? Thanks.

On mine you remove the two screws holding it down and there are 2 screw on the underside to get to the bulb. Maybe yours got covered in sealant? Maybe your lens pops out or slides out?

Don't forget to put new sealant on the edge of the bottom when your done!
