Combustion chamber

Guys,
If ring free is added in the gas all the time does the combustion chamber still needs to be cleaned? And how should it be done?

i would just follow the directions on the can of engine combution chamber cleaner

Thank you Redtech. From your post I assume I still need to apply combustion chamber cleaner. Which makes me wonder if it is worth using the ring free then.
