Comments on 96 Johnson 115

Looking for general comments on a 1996 Johnson 115HP outboard. Whats good..Whats bad... things to lookout for etc... About to add this engine to my 17' CC. Considering to not add the VRO and just mix the oil each time I fill up. Wise decision???
