comp. test 140 chrysler ??

im going to look at a 140hp chrysler tonight. the guy siad he can wet test it for me ( hose and muffs ) but id like to do a compression test also. should i do the compression test cold ( before he runs it ) or after he runs it ?? thanks guys scott

Why not do both? This way You can see the difference when the rings heat up.
