That is your Bennett trim tab pump. here is how you add fluid.

Don,

I think that is the power tilt and trim pump for an I/O. The hoses look too heavy duty for trim tabs. If so then you drop the bottom off, fill to the correct level and replace.

Okay at first glance I mis-took the angle guides as part of the hose assembly. Duh. That whole pump unit sits on a dovetail bracket so you can just slide it upward and off. Should be a fill hole on the top.

Follows Dons link.The cover comes off and there is a small fill on the resivoir.Be careful not to tip it over.J
