Compatible Parts For Different Years and HPs

I have a 1978 115 HP Evinrude and I have the chance to get a 1984 150 HP Johnson for free or very cheap. I was curious on what percentage of the parts can be swap from the 150HP to the 115HP. The 150HP probably has bad cylinders but would the lower units match up and trim parts and other little things work? My engine is fine but if I could get a parts engine free or cheap its hard to pass up. I know some different models match up certain parts but wasn't sure about this. Any info would be great. Thank you.

Not much will fit maybe a coil or two and the power trim ,the lower unit,electrical parts and carbs will not fit.
