I have a 2001 evinrude 70 hp 4 stroke. After a compression test it shows # 1 & 2 cylinders are good 190 each. # 3 is @168 & 4 is @ 175.
How bad is that for the last two? Can I just run it until I notice a performance problem & then look at rebuilding the 2 cylinders or pistons?

I'm guessing you have a performance problem which you don't know about because it hasn't changed much since you acquired the motor, or else maybe you've made other changes that masked the performance degradation. The next performance problem you notice could very well be "damage beyond repair". But that would be pure speculation on my part.
