Been using Dad's old concrete mixer, but the motor died on it YEARS ago....

He put a pully and a PTO Shaft to run it off a tractor. Have a few projects at the house, but don't want to have to borrow my brothers tractor every time I want to use the mixer.

What size motor should I be looking for?
1/2 hp enough?

This thing is geared way down, I wouldn't think it would take much to turn it

Any idea how many cubic feet it is? Looks like most of them I found are 1/2 hp.

See web page

or web page
