Confused...Disoriented...Broke

Can someone pleeeeez tell me what in the world the little western style doors are called that keep the wind blowing into the boat in a bowrider. I am having the most difficult time locating this item anywhere online...mainly because I dont know what they are called. thanks

louvered doors? usually mahogany.

On my Tahoe boat its called a:

"Bi-Fold Stowable Cockpit Wind Block Panel"

But I think you should check with your boat manufacture and see if they offer as optional accessory for custom fit.

Thanks..I'll start just about anywhere..I think these doors make the difference between staying out later versus ending the day early.

Maybe also called Cafe doors.

i'm throughly confused, he said bowrider, sound like we are talking about a cuddy.
are you talking about the windshield glass door, and the filler that goes below it? or a bow rider.

a lot of them have a vinyl cover for them that snap on the sides, and to the bottom of the center door. my Chris Craft has the bottom door, but they are custom for each boat. you could cut one out of 3/8 inch plywood and install it.

you could also have a bow cover made that covered to complete bow..my CC also has that, for rough water.
