Pretty amazing as the pilot had a eye condition and he drove almost blind years ago. He got a life changing surgery and then had a hard time driving the sled because he saw to well with to much information. So i guess he wears dirty lenses and does other things because he drove by feel before.
For a big guy he picks them up and lays them down pretty good.

Congrats.

Your right on with this Aspeck...the North American contingent definitely is walking away with the Lion's share of the medals.:D
Congrats to not only both the U.S and Canadian athletes for an excellent showing but also to the many international visitors...hopefully they had a good experience.;)
I was watching on the news last night showing Robson Square in Downtown Vancouver full of both Canadian and U.S hockey fans whooping it up. All good fun, side by side with both sides draped in their respective flags and both hoping for the best.:)
Let's do this!!!!
BP:)
ps: any issues with having the game broadcast on the U.S side?? (hopefully NBC isn't getting flaky with the telecast)

the sad part is the U.S. news services dont take hockey very seriously, look at the world juniors for example ,narry a peep south of the border after the u.s. beat canada for the first time in a billion years!it was sad really, those kids deserved better .

Hat tip to the Bo-Dyn Bobsled Project for providing Team USA with world class sleds instead of the European hand-me-downs they used to drive.
Geoff Bodine and friends have done tremendous things for the sport.
