Thanks guys it was the kill switch... I disconnected it and got a spark in all 4 coils... so yeah thank you... 1 problem down 100 to go lol..

Another question I have.. so 2 years ago I took the rectifier off and forgot what I did with it or how it was wired up... I got a new one and it has 1 positive 1 negative and 2 starter connections.. it has 2 yellow wires from the stator. It has 2 red wires coming up from a circuit breaker... are those both positive wires? And it doesnt have a ground wire? How do I wire it up? Im sending pictures as well

You have an 'aftermarket'/electronics shop rectifier. :thumb:

On the rectifier you'll find +, - and 2 ~
Your yellow wires from the stator go one to each of the ~ terminals. The wires from the circuit breaker go to the +. You'll need to make a small ground wire to go from the engine block to the - terminal on the rectifier, use about 4mm square wire.

Awesome that was what I was needing to know. Thanks. Is there a better spot to ground than others? Should I just pull a bolt from the block and ground it there? Or should I just bolt it in one of the two holes on either side of the rectifier?

I suspect the screw holes either side of your new bridge are the original mounting holes, and will be how the original was grounded, so yeah, using a SS screw and one of those holes as a ground is fine. Scrape a bit of the paint first so you ensure good contact.

Then cover the whole lot with liquid neoprene to protect from salt air corrosion. :D

So the back of the rectifier is metal and paint has been cleaned off where it bolts to.. do I still need to run a ground wire? Would this be the reason they it didnt have a ground wire before?

The original WAS grounded through the housing, but that bridge you have has an isolated base. You don't need to clean off where it goes, but you MUST add a ground wire to the - terminal. If you don't, it will not work.
