Construction of '93 or '94 Baretta?

Hi all, a friend of mine is looking at project boats for a winter restoration, and I've agreed to help him look. We've found a '93 or '94 Baretta Success bowrider that is a candidate. It's been repowered with a 5.7 and a Volvo SX outdrive, but the floor and much of the upholstery is pretty bad.

Does anyone know anything about the construction of these boats (e.g., wood vs. engineered stringers). I've found some resto threads for Barettas made in the '80s that showed wood stringers, but I haven't seen anything about boats from that company that were made in the 90s. Anyone have any good info on them?
