Control cables lube or adjustment

Drive - DRV1.95DP2-4112029320

The throttle is very hard to "push".
How do I adjust or lube the control cable? (if that is what I need to do)

As I pointed out in your other thread, your engine numbers don't work or mean anything.
As far as cables go, if you think they need lubed, then they need replaced. there is no maintenance on the cables.
