Convert from tiller to remote, 9.8

I have a 9.8 w/ electric start I would like to convert to remote. I looked inside and it looks like it is set up for this conversion. What controls would I need to look for?
Motor is a late 70's or early 80's

Mercury or a universal ( teleflex, morse or etc)

The conversion for that motor came as a kit, which is rare as hens teeth and would be very hard to find. In the thousands of parts at the marine recycler I work at I've only been able to piece together about half the kit.
