Convert or no??

Alright guys I have another kinda crucial question to ask... I am building my duck boat and right now it is a center console steer.. Its a 15 foot with a 35 on it... My question is how hard is it to convert it to a self steer or stick steer as they say?? And where can you find these kits??? I am debating on what to do keep the console or get rid of it and get the stick steer... What are the pros and cons of both... I would appreciate the help... Thanks

Brandon, i've used the ezy glide stick steering on 2 boats. the control only mount on the port side, with the throttle on the starboard. here's many links to ezy glide.
